1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to create an account. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. Provide accurate account details, keep your password secure, and do not share or misuse another person’s account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

2. Using the service

Stickman Comic lets readers discover stories, save reading progress, and react to creators’ work. Publishing access requires author approval. Features and availability may change over time.

You must not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate someone else’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• Publish unlawful, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise abusive content.
• Impersonate others, mislead readers, or submit spam.
• Upload malicious files, disrupt the website, bypass access controls, or access accounts or drafts without permission.
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit another creator’s work without authorization, except as permitted by law.

3. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the original content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish it, including any artwork, text, and personal information it contains.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate the service. We may use hosting and storage providers for those purposes. Public display follows your publication settings; uploading a draft does not authorize public publication.

This license ends when your content is removed from the service, except for copies retained for backups, legal requirements, or resolving disputes. Removing content cannot recall copies other people previously obtained. Keep your own copies of important work.

4. Website and reader rights

The website’s branding, design, and software belong to their respective owners. Stories and artwork belong to their creators or other rights holders. Reading content on the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish it. You may use the service for lawful personal reading, subject to any additional permissions a rights holder provides.

5. Moderation and account access

We may review or remove content, restrict publishing privileges, or suspend or end access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or threats to the service or its users. We may act immediately when needed to address security or safety concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, reading activity, creator content, cookies, and browser storage. Please review it before creating an account or submitting personal information.

7. Availability and third-party content

The service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy or suitability of every story or external link. Creators are responsible for their contributions, and links to other websites do not imply endorsement.

8. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request agreement when required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service. Any provision that cannot be enforced does not affect the remaining provisions, to the extent permitted by law.
